Income Tax
Event 1 : Recent trends in income tax and calculation of income tax
Team: Madhumitha, Swathi, Archana, Divya, Asvika, Pavithra and Sivaranjini
Recent slabs about the various income tax sections on the basis of the changes made were clearly explained with chart and images. Futuristic Income Tax calculations basedupon the Individual’s Income earned were made on spot using Excel.
Event 2:
Provident fund benefits, suggestions for investing the retirement amount and pf calculations
Team: Gokulakrishnan, Deepak Raj, Hariharan, Ashok, Mohamed Rasheed.
Various types of PF’s, their benefits and why company provides them were clearlyexplained in chart and presentation. Participants will be asked to choose situation-based case studies for their futuristic investment and their resultant outcome were clearly explained.
Event 3: Reduction of Income Tax
Team: Manoj Kumar and Gopinath
Participants were asked to choose through chit basis and elaborate explanations with example were provided on how to reduce tax burden for a common man.
Event 4: History of It and residential status
Team: Vaishnavi, Bhanushree, Anukarthika, Sarathy.
History of Income tax and the various rules for being an Ordinary Resident, Non- resident , Resident not ordinary resident were briefly explained and on-spot residential calculation was made using Laptop.
Event5: Brain Teaser
Team: Karthik, Devika, Harsini, Maneesha.
Total of 4 rounds, 4th being the final round. Interested participants were selected for this quiz. Questions were displayed on screen and participants were filtered appropriately based upon their performance.
Entrepreneurship Development
Event 1: Women Entrepreneur
Team: Arun Prasath, Rubapriyan, Vinoth Kumar, Ramalingam.
Total of 9 successful women Entrepreneur were displayed and the participants were asked to select through spin wheel basis. Elaborate explanation about theirsuccess, failure, strategies and more were through laptop and oral basis.
Event 2: Brand Recognition
Team: Santhosh kumar, Gunal, Abilash.
Participants were asked to choose a brand randomly and a 30 second task will be given to them to elaborate about the various products about the brand and prizes will be awarded.
Event 3: Business Counselling
Team: Udayan, Sanjay, Swetha, Mohanapriya, Maneesha.
Opinions, thought, ideas and suggestions were provided to various businessideas given by the participants through chart wok and Demo were given.
Event 4: Sectors of EDP
Team: Sakthi priyan, Maha jaya rajha, Balaji, Harshavardhan, Sakthidasan.
Participants were asked to choose one among the 15 sectors of EDP. The chosen sector were shuffled and asked to choose again. Now, the finally selected sector will bethe key and broad explanation about the entrepreneurs, developments, growth about the sector were provided.
Event 5: Ford Vs Ferrari
Team: Syed Musaddiq Rahim, Amarnath, Akash, Vasanth, Aravinth kumar.
The popular rivalry story of FORD and FERRAI were explained withpresentation. After explanation, questions were asked to the participants.
Human Behavior At Work
Event 1: Psychometric Test
Team: Jayavarzhenee, Eramiyaa, Jaisri, Shamitha, Bhuvanalakshmi
Psychometric test were conducted to the participants. Participant’s mental attitude was judged by asking questions and making them to select photos with randomquestions. Based upon their selection, their personality would be apprehended.
Event 2: Perception Based Learning
Team: Logamithra, Poornasri, Gopika, DhivyaSri, Bhuvaneshwari.
Participants were asked to choose images, items among the various optionsprovided. Upon their selection, one’s character was judged.
Comical Skit
Team : Udhayan, Bharathwaj, Ariharan, Maha Jaya Rajha, Naresh, Swetha, Mohanapriya, Maneesha, Sivasankari, Vaishnavi, Sasidharan, Gopinath.
Concept : The skit is based on “If tax is a person”. How tax is influencing in present situations Are explained through comical way using movie dialogues in order to Grab the audience attention to understand the concept.
Organizational Skit
Team: Madhumitha, Swathi, Archana, Divya, Pavithra, Deepak raj, Vignesh, Gokulakrishnan.
Concept: The skit is based on how Social Loafing and Social Facilitation happens in the Organization. Where the team demonstrated certain situations of how social Loafing and Social Facilitation will be happening in Organization and they made Solution to overcome social loafing.
Food Stall
1. 90’s vs 2k’s
Team: Radan Chand Warth, Thirukumaran, Thamizhselvan, Ragul Krishna, Ummar Ali, Vigneshwaran, Sarjun.
Concept: Bringing back the chocolates and savories of the 90’s and letting them compete with the modern chocolate brands.
